I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy for the last 14 years, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science from the University of South Florida in 2006. In addition, I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Nova Southeastern University in 2012. I am a women’s health and wellness advocate and pelvic health physical therapist for the past 14 years. I specialize in perimenopause, menopause, and all things women’s health. I am deeply rooted in my faith and is passionate about leading women to “living life to the fullest”. I am married to my high school sweet heart and have an 11 year old son who is the light of my life. I am a lover of the beach, outdoors and fishing.
